These bumps: will diminish and since most facial skin suturing is done to avoid future scarring (or at least reduce it!) the outlook is promising ! HOWEVER complete resolution is most likely not possible...(make up will usually cover any residual scarring! Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Will probably recede: The raised bumps near sutures and suture knots are often hypertrophied tissue involving overgrowth around lesions or cuts. Sometimes they can leave scar but typically they disappear over time after the removal of suture material.
