Depends: Ovarian cancer encompasses a number of different types of malignancies. Some can and do spread to the lung as well as locally within the abdomen as well as to the brain; others do not do so or only rarely. Still others don't spread to the breast but are associated with breast cancer. Best to speak to your health care provider in order to have a detailed conversation.
