Increase day calorie: There are only 2 reasons at this age that your child is waking up that often at night. If they are not getting enough calories in during the day, they'll wake up at night to try and get more in. At this age, though, their caloric needs have dropped down, so more likely they toddler is not doing this for food, but is using you as a pacifier to help calm them down to go back to sleep.

Feed/sleeper: You created this problem when feeding became part of the going to sleep ritual. To undo it, it must change, but gradual is more humane than sudden. Start by doing the pre-sleep feeding no closer than 1/2 hour before going down. Then play or read/talk as s/he settles. Wait at least 5 minutes before responding at night. As baby learns to settle without eating they won't require it during the night.
