Probably unrelated: Asymptomatic BV is common, and normally not treated in the absence of symptoms. BV is not a cause of bladder, pelvic or urethral pain. I'm afraid you'll have to continue working with your doctor on this. I would understand trying BV treatment with metronidazole, as a trial with fingers crossed. But I really would not expect this to improve your various symptoms. Good luck!
