Irregular period: May be irregularity that occur in the peri-menopausal period. But would consider sonogram to rule out any masses, polyps, retained products of conception ( less likely- as you would be spotting), lesions in the uterus or ovarian pathology .FSH/ LH levels may give an indication if you are nearing menopause, as FSH may be rising . f/u/ w/ gyn
