No: Menstrual cycle length of 15 days is not normal and may lead to anemia. See your doctor for an evaluation to make sure there is no abnormality in the uterus that causing the frequent bleeding. You doctor nay want to do a pelvic ultrasound, a biopsy from inside your uterus (endometrial biopsy), etc and discuss possible treatment after evaluation.
