My son developed a rash on his torso last night and his temp was 35.4 but otherwise seems fine. his temp was 35 this morning and is still 35 now even after riding his bike. his temp hasn't been that low before so not sure what to do?

Viral rash: X one can develop rash with viral illness. Sounds like your son have viral exanthem. If he is drinking comma not sick of hearing, urinating well so happy child I will just monitor at home. If he has more than 5 days of high fever is 103 I would contact his pediatrician.
