I am experiencing fever (mild) , upper abdominal pain, constipation, mucus in stool, nausea and vomiting, fatigue and tender abdomen. i don't have a gallbladder. endoscope and colonoscopy done and no findings. what might it be.

Lots still possible: ...what has your CT scan or ultrasound showed? Sounds like your medical evaluation is well underway, and at least entities like GI cancer and IBD have been addressed. Has IBS been considered?

Not sure.: From your description of one, it is not clear what is causing the problem. Assuming that your laboratory a valuation is all normal, I think my next step might be a CAT scan of the abdomen.
