Food and mood: Your mood and sense of well being is so complex that to attribute it to a particular food would be a big leap. Maybe it reminds you of some really nice time that you had in the past. I have no Indian heritage yet I really enjoy Indian foods and other spicy cuisines. Why don't you experiment and see if it is the 'hot' foods that you really like, not just Indian ones.
