Blood work is needed: I would strongly suggest you obtain a CBC (complete blood cell count) to ensure you have nothing concerning. Given your history of Pernicious Anemia I would re-check your B12 levels also. Thanks!

Grave's Disease is-: Strongly associated with pernicious anemia and causes in some cases asymmetric goiter. You need TSH, freeT3 and T4, thyroid abs, and a thyroid stimulating IgG. An ultrasound of your neck may be required! Good luck!
