Large uterus: Your uterus is mild to moderately enlarged and probably has multiple fibroid tumors or myoma of the uterus. If you are still menstruating, then the 1cm endometrial stripe is fine. If you are menopausal then it is not normal and you should have a biopsy of the endometrium
