Seen on ultrasound: Means they saw something (a mass)in the endometrium (the inner lining of the uterus). Further discussion with your gynecologist is warranted and possible further testing or imaging might be needed. Cannot tell you anything more than that. Many times these are benign polyps but need to discuss with provider who ordered the test. Sorry not more helpful. Best of luck with this. Dr R
