A member asked:

Do people with normal tension glaucoma progress to vision loss sooner than regular tension patients.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Regular tension?: Do you mean those with regular (normal ) tension and no glaucoma vs. Normal tension glaucoma. All glaucomas progress at variable rates depending upon age, severity and type of treatment. It is not possible to predict an individual case although predictions can be made when a case is followed for several years and the pattern is known for that case.
