Rash behind ears: Most commonly weepy scaling dry rash behind ears is either eczema, seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis. All three of these may respond to topical medications such as cortisone creams, however weeping may also mean that the rash is infected. An evaluation by your dermatologist and possibly a test for the presence of a bacterial infection would be best.
