Urgent assessment: The number one thing to exclude here is heart attack or other serious heart rhythm problem with an urgent electrocardiogram (heart tracing). Other possibilities include thyroid problem or serious infection. Needs urgent assessment in the nearest emergency centre to rapidly assess for and exclude potentially serious causes. All the best.

If this is new : onset / acute onset - then recommend urgent medical evaluation to rule out a cardiac event.
