What are the symptoms dizziness, heavy chested, vision loss, loss of balance. headache, sweating, freezing, body tremors? what illness do these symptoms usually go with?

Cerebral or cerebellar vascular accident (ischemic or embolic) can result in those symptoms.

I agree with advice to get evaluated ASAP by a physician, but I've not seen that constellation of diffuse symptoms in a cerebrovascular event, but I think they're more consistent with a panic reaction. Nevertheless, this would be a working diagnosis only after a careful medical evaluation.
