Would see a doc: the differentials are large, so would definitely see a physician about it. with chronic renal failure, you can very easily develop a state of fluid overload (kidneys are needed to excrete), and the fluids can build up in your lungs, requiring interventions to balance the fluid level. Would see a doctor ASAP.
