Herpes treatment: I hope you are on antiviral treatment (e.g. valacyclovir or acyclovir): it will bring the most help fastest. Until it kicks in, an anesthetic ointment (lidocaine) may help. Sleeping without clothing may help if otherwise you're getting contact/rubbing from pajamas or other clothing. Contact your doctor for advice. Also ask about continuous treatment to help prevent recurrent outbreaks. Good luck!
