Cloudy urine: This may have been harmless sediment that was sitting in your bladder and came out at the beginning of your urinary stream. It didn't appear to be a vaginal discharge. If you have further concerns, a simple urinalysis with a microscopic exam would detect any abnormal urinary sediment or pus cells.
