Question?: found what?? on ultrasound- your question seems to be cut off?? Dysmenorrhea ( menstrual pain ) has many underlying causes and your should follow up with your GYN. Sometimes medication and hormonal therapy work. I fn not allergic to nsaids like Advil or Aleve- I suggest trying Aleve- 2 tab initially then 1 tab every 8 hrs on a full stomach OR ibuprofen 2-3 tab every 6 hrs.
