Body temp 90 F: Body temp of 90 F is highly unlikely. There may be a problem with your thermometer. Such a low body temp is incompatible with life. Hive like rash might be due to viral infection or allergen or idiopathic (no identifiable cause). Follow up with doctor re rash.
