Hi lymphs: Elevated blood lymphocytes are often seen in viral infections and infectious mononucleosis. They can also occur in certain blood dyscrasias like lymphocytic leukemia. Repeat the cbc and differential cell count and if abnormalities are present, consult a hematologist for evaluation.
