Just saw my lexiscan report, every thing was normal. ef 78% but have 1 st degree av block. is this serious? cardio said no sign of blockages. i am 75

That's the analogy. 1st degree AV block is an electrical delay on EKG from the switch (upper atria) to the motor (lower ventricular chambers). It says nothing about how the blood moves, which is in the nuclear stress images.
