Retin a (tretinoin): Broken capillaries are typically from sun damage and genetics. They may be treated with laser. Retin a (tretinoin) should be used sparingly and for limited amounts of time to reduce irritation and peeling

Yes, under care: I recommend that you titrate use of either the Refissa (emollient and less irritating) or Retin-A, to reduce the expected inflammatory reaction. Make sure to use a robust moisturizer. We highly recommend Epionce Medical Barrier Cream, or SkinMedica TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream or Dermal Repair depending on skin. It is important that you wear a broad spectrum antioxidant sunscreen daily.

Yes: You can use a tretinoin product if you have broken capillaries. The tret won't help/treat the capillaries, but it can be used to treat signs of aging. If you are looking to treat the capillaries themselves I would recommend a laser treatment. For more on facial rejuvenation see: http://www.omahacosmeticsurgery.com/face/
