Red palms and soles: May be palmar erythema from pregnancy , live( rare at 22), non alcoholic fatty liver , erythromelalgia( redness burning , heat) ,autoimmune disease (Lupus), or polycythemia/ thrombocythemia- increased red blood cells/ platelets - check blood count ( rare )- reflex sympathetic dystrophy which would be more painful . Could also be eczema - though usually not palms or fungal or allergy. F/u /w/doc
