If fasciculations appear 2-3 weeks after normal emg, should emg be repeated or is it still valid?

I do not think so.: It is unlikely that new EMG will show anything despite fasciculations appearing if your first EMG is totally normal. If you decide to get another one, I recommend getting it from someone different.

Fasciculations for 30 months. No weakness or atrophy. EMG shows fascias conclusion normal EMG and clinical (brisk knee reflex). I Still worried ALS.
