Seborrhea?: This may be seborrhea which occurs in oily skin. Applying oil on it is like putting more grease on a fire. There are effective treatment for seborrhea which often causes scaly lesion above the brows and dandruff as well.

Psoriasis: Unlikely psoriasis on the face. Have you had it before? Difficult to say exactly what it is without seeing it but you may need to let you GP take a look at it for the correct treatment.

Rash on nose: Rash on nose could be due to various reasons.Psoriasis doesn't usually occur there . It could be seborrhea rash. would be worth seeing GP for dermoscopy .

Rash on face : Is it diagnosed as psoriasis before?? Usually psoriasis will not start on the nose. Would be nice to get it looked at by doctor. Could be allergic or eczema if itcy and dry.

Seborrhoiec dermatit: Not a typical location for psoriasis. If it appears to be flaky, it could be seborrhoeic dermatitis. This condition can be treated with an antifungal cream and hydrocortisone cream if the skin feels itchy.
