Seborrhea?: This may be seborrhea which occurs in oily skin. Applying oil on it is like putting more grease on a fire. There are effective treatment for seborrhea which often causes scaly lesion above the brows and dandruff as well.

Psoriasis: Unlikely psoriasis on the face. Have you had it before? Difficult to say exactly what it is without seeing it but you may need to let you GP take a look at it for the correct treatment.

SeborrheicDermatitis: A common cause of rashes around the nose is seborrhoeic dermatitis. This is not a dangerous condition and usually responds to nizoral cream +/- hydrocortisone cream. Have a look at this link to see if it looks similar: www.dermnetnz.org/topics/seborrhoeic-dermatitis

Rash on face : Is it diagnosed as psoriasis before?? Usually psoriasis will not start on the nose. Would be nice to get it looked at by doctor. Could be allergic or eczema if itcy and dry.

Seborrhoiec dermatit: Not a typical location for psoriasis. If it appears to be flaky, it could be seborrhoeic dermatitis. This condition can be treated with an antifungal cream and hydrocortisone cream if the skin feels itchy.
