Ambien: Ambien can lead to good quality sleep. I can not tell you if it will give you the desired effect. Ativan is an anxiolytic medication. I am hopeful for you that use can find non-pharmacological ways to address your sleep. Both ambien and Ativan use can lead to drug tolerance.
