if you have appendicitis can you have pain around belly button for a couple days before it goes over to the lower right? what could pain be if not?

There are: a myriad of potential causes of abdominal pain, but yes, appendicitis can classically present with pain around the umbilicus that extends to the right lower quadrant. If the pain is severe, or if you are concerned about appendicitis, go to an urgent care facility for evaluation.
