Dust mite: I presume you are talking about dust mite allergy. First you will not find dust mites outdoors or in very dry climate- they cannot thrive at under 50% RH or reproduce under 65% and will be killed by sunlight exposure. However if you have asthma, it is the asthma which must be controlled before contemplating any prolonged and strenuous activities.
