Friends: You're going to need some kind of guidance, including learning tricks on how to keep your mind from forcing you to eat, and possibly some medication -- there's reason to think some of this behavior is genetic. Just as important is getting with friends who are into fitness -- join a group, if they see you trying hard, they'll accept you, you can identify with them & this will redefine u. Good luck.
