I have a platelet count of 545. it has been over 500 for at least 6 months. i also have an elevated absolute lymphs count (3.2). i have an enlarged ly?

High platelets: That's a little high but not dangerous. Your absolute lymphocyte count is fine in my book, so long as they all look normal. Folks who are a bit iron-deficient often shoot the platelets up -- nobody knows why. If you want to be worked up for essential thrombocythemia, a mild illness for which the best treatment is usually "do nothing", your physician knows how to address this. Best wishes.
