Rash on lower leg: There are many different rashes that can appear on the lower legs, including eczema, psoriasis, stasis dermatitis (rash due to leg swelling), fungal or other infections and many others. These rashes require different treatments. Please see your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
