Spur Spurts ?: You may or may not be referring to a spur on the bottom of both feet ? The first issue is weather or not the spurs are symptomatic or not. The spurs may not be directly involved with the symptoms, but rather inflammation around the tissue connected to the spur could be the issue. To remove all doubt have your feet evaluated by a doctor that treats feet.
