Rocker Bottom Feet: Rocker Bottom Feet are feet that bend abnormally in the middle of their feet . Once the heel lifts off the ground, the weight should go forward to the ball of the foot. In a rocker bottom foot, the weight can go to the mid foot where is does not belong, breaking that part of the foot down. Rocker Bottom Feet need achilles stretching, protective orthotic devices, and foot strengthening. Dr Blake
