Pancytopenia: There are multiple causes for same, some quite serious. If pancytopenia results from infection or treatment, it may be reversible, but you have not told us if your condition is acute or chronic, nor if there are concomitant other medical concerns.

I am 35 year old woman. my labs came back 135 low platelets.my wbc 3.5,rbc 4.28 ,hemoglobin 11.7,hematocrit 37.0 mch 27.3,mchc 31.6 ,rdw 13.6. my vitamin d was low what could this be causing my platelets to drop. I've been feeling weak and tired?
