Cyclobenzaprine.: I would imagine that there would be no detectable level of that medication ten days after a single dose. But if you have been prescribed that medication and are taking it legitimately, then full disclosure may be your best strategy.

You're fine: This is not even a drug of abuse that they will screen for. I'm sorry you're having the back pain, and I am very glad that you did not try a non-prescribed opioid instead. If it helped (and occasionally it does), ask your physician about a Rx.
