Yeast infection?: False positive syphilis blood tests (often abbreviated BFP for "biological false positive") are fairly common, and generally do not indicate any sort of health problem. Your BFP test has nothing to do with your other symptoms. "Vaginal burning and itch" suggest yeast infection. Keep working with your doctor; it should be easy to diagnose this, and perhaps the strong smelling urine. Good luck!
