Food: Possibly a reaction to food. If your sx's were limited to only hives - it is most likely ok. I don't know the contents of your particular sushi. However, it is recommended that pregnant women don't eat any raw fish.

Avoid raw fish during pregnancy. The timing of the hives in relation to the meal is consistent with an allergic reaction. Request a list of ingredients from the restaurant. Food prep surfaces may become cross contaminated, and the identification of the allergic trigger is challenging. Discuss allergy testing with your physician. Have a healthy pregnancy.
