I am experiencing headache (quality: occurs at the same time of day, sensation of pressure or fullness, throbbing sensation) (side: back, front, left had catscan in november was negative do i need a mri to rule out a toumer?

?Tension Headache?: The most common cause of headache like yours is stress. This leads to muscle tension which then produces pressure and headache. I doubt that you have brain tumor(which often causes progressive/more severe headache). Go see a neurologist for proper medication. Daily walking will help to lighten up your tension.

Not unusual; MRI no: Most headaches without associated neurologic symptoms (numbness, weakness, paralysis) have NO structural cause (over 99% of them). So a negative CAT is NOT unexpected. ANY SCAN IS A MISUSE of TIME & MONEY; MRI won't diagnose your condition. Your description of the symptom (throbbing, pressure) sounds like a tension headache, which a neurologist can diagnose & treat just by examining & talking to u
