I've had sharp pain on my right lower arm for almost 6 days now. the pain comes and goes. when gone it feels normal. when pain starts it is very sharp?

Could be many things: Including tennis elbow carpal tunnel arthritis radiculopathy (pinched nerve) among others. Needs examination and possibly test. See a doctor in person for this
