My son 7 has a mark on his lower leg from yesterday after swimming. it has a black spot in the middle which we tried to remove but no luck. it is now about the size of r5 coin, red and warm. can i just use ointment and cover or could it be a spider?

See doc: could be insect bite. would prob be painful if a spider bite. advise ro see dermatologist for proper dx and poss tx
