Hi!since some days, i have pounding heart while resting in afternoon, and sometime feel numbness in my two hands when wake up and also short breath?

cause unclear: Hi! pounding heart beat is extremely common and usually not serious. Hand numbness when waking up is due to compression during sleep and, if it resolves over several minutes, is normal. Shortness of breath is potentially a more serious symptom that should be investigated.
