Lightheadedness.: As a general symptom, lightheadedness leads to myriad diagnostic possibilities. This could be something as simple as dehydration, or something more meaningful like anemia, just to name a couple. If this has been persistent, you really should be evaluated either virtually or locally. A good examination and blood testing might be in order.
