I am experiencing neck pain, headache (side: back, front) and nausea. worse with bending forward/back. 7/10 pain. cyclobenzaprine isn't helping.

Possible facet issue: Extension of the neck puts pressure on the cervical facet joints. If they are swollen, this can put pressure on nerves and cause headaches and other symptoms. You need a CT of your neck to assess the facet joints.
