i used ear drops that may have been expired, since i havent touched them in a year.am i in danger?

Probably fine: If the ear drops are not cloudy or clumped and have been stored where it is cool, then you almost certainly have not done any harm. There might be a small lowering of the effectiveness if the drops were antibiotics but probably have enough effectiveness to do what you want.
