Colon Cancer: Most colon cancers, at least in the US, are diagnosed via screening when still asymptomatic. When symptomatic, the most common symptoms are rectal bleeding, anemia, weight loss, a change in bowel habits, which could mean either diarrhea or constipation, abdominal discomfort, and less commonly, bowel obstruction. Important to get screening when it is recommended!

More than one sympto: The symptoms are different/varied in each person. Rectal bleed is a common symptom. A change of bowel habits(constipation alternating with diarrhea), weight loss and abdominal pain are relatively common symptoms. What is your age???
