Bleeding, wt loss: Most colon cancers are found at screening endoscopy when they are not causing symptoms. When there are symptoms, those of anemia (short of breath, pale, tired) are common because the tumor bleeds. Colon cancer can also cause bowel obstruction with severe colicky pain, or loss of appetite and weight.
