Need more info: Could be that you are clenching or grinding your teeth at night and the muscle tension causes headache. If it persists, you may wish to see your dentist for an evaluation and use of a mouth guard. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Clenching : You are probably clenching your teeth during REM sleep or dream sleep. This usually occurs 4 to 5 hours into your sleep cycle and before you wake up. Ask your dentist to make you a night guard and hopefully it relieves some of the tension.
