Although you need: To be assessed to ensure that you do not have medical condition (s) causing these symptoms - severe anxiety could be the culprit. If you haven't been evaluated for your anxiety, then i would encourage you to see your physician or a psychiatrist for assistance. Take care.

Maybe, maybe not...: Lots of causes for the above symptoms, including anxiety and panic attacks, but other issues can cause them. Get checked by a doc; put your mind at ease.

Yes, but also...: Certainly those symptoms can be from anxiety, and you obviously think it might be. However, some serious medical problems can also have some of those symptoms. Rather than list scary things, i would suggest you get a thorough history and good physical exam to best tell you what is going on and help you get good care. If it is just anxiety, it is having some bad effects and needs management.
